I wanted to say a few things about you, because you’ve really impressed me as a human being. When I first met you, your willingness and your ability to get in my space in the right way - professionally, respectfully - without being a jerk or overly needy, that stood out to me immediately. Your approach mattered. I remember thinking: look at this guy. He looks good. He looks the part. He’s not trying to be super cool. He’s respectful. Those things are really important. Now look, a guy like me - I know I can be a little off-putting at first. That’s just how I come across to some people. But you have this ability to make everyone feel comfortable. And your work ethic, man. I was actually arguing with someone the other day about immigration and work ethic, and I thought about you. They were talking nonsense, and I said: give me a 30-year-old guy from America, and give me a 30-year-old guy from Poland. I’m taking the guy from Poland every single time. Every time. You guys are spoiled. This guy right here will crush you, because his work ethic is different. He didn’t have the same safety nets. He didn’t even have parents to fall back on. He didn’t have a house. This is who you’re competing with. People who are humble. People who understand suffering. People who aren’t complaining from inside a $200,000 car about the cost of rent. I’ve been very impressed by that. I’ve watched you for four or five years now. You’ve been consistent. You just keep doing the work. You don’t call me asking for help. You don’t ask for money. You just execute. And that’s impressive. There’s no way you won’t survive - and survive very, very well. Because it’s not about what’s in your bank account. It’s about what’s in here.
